From the clipping files: 1975 Dodge Dart Special Edition by Chrysler Motor Corporation advertisement

Original ad text reads:
Dodge is right on target with the '75 Dart Special Edition. It's a lot of luxury in a little car.
If you've found that a lot of small cars today are pretty small on comfort and style, then the '75 Dart Special Edition is the small car for you. It has an array of standard features that are usually anything but standard. Seats covered with crushed velour upholstery. Plush carpeting on the floor, halfway up the door, and even in the trunk. Map pockets are standard. So are color-keyed wheel covers. And front disc brakes. And power steering. Even the radio is standard. In other words, on the '75 Dart Special Edition, luxury comes as standard equipment. And, as on all the '75 Darts, there are a lot of money-saving engineering features such as Electronic Ignition and electronic voltage regulator and, now for 1975, an optional fuel pacer that can help you save gas. Today, over one million satisfied owners are already sold on Dart. The '75 Dart Special Edition is one beautiful way to make sure there'll be one million more.
The Dart board proves it. Dodge is right on target with small cars.
Extra care in engineering makes a difference in Dodge. Depend on it.

A five-month study on the safety performance of the best-known tricycle designs in the United States has just been completed for the Department of Health, Education and Welfare's Bureau of Product Safety. Of all the tricycles tested, the design of the Marx Big Wheel was found to be most stable for children six and under.
Marx designed the Big Wheel especially for safety. The low-slung seat and extra-wise-track rear wheels prevent turnovers. The oversized front wheel and ground-hugging suspension won't let your child tip over backwards. Notice that non of the wheel have spoke to catch jeans. It can't rust. It can't dent. And it's built to take punishment.
And now Marx has incorporated this same Big Wheel safety design into a whole line of tricycles for smaller children. Pick the model best suited to your youngsters' age, size and weight. They'll have the thrill of their young lives... and you'll have the confidence of knowing you're giving them the most stable tricycles you can buy.

From the clipping files: 1975 Best of the West Collection by Marx toy advertisement

Original ad text reads:
"Best of the West" The best way we know to get kids away from TV
Television is a great babysitter, but growing children also need more creative diversions. The Best of the West Collection by Marx will keep your kids engrossed for hours. These are not the static dolls or "tin soldiers" you knew as a child. Each of the Best of the West people stands almost a foot tall and moves freely. Your child can make them swing their arms, move their legs, turn their heads. They can sit, stand, crawl and ride on of the many horses, wagon and buckboards available in the Best of the West collection.
Your child doesn't need the whole Collection to have fun. All figures may be purchased separately. And each one comes with its own individual line of accessories. Johnny West, for instance, has 21 pieces of authentic cowboy clothing, weapons and utensils. Jane West has 27 separate pieces and outfits. And Geronimo comes with 36 pieces of authentic Indian gear.
The next time you want your kids to take a TV break, get out Johnny West and his friends... and then let their imagination take over. You'll all have a pleasant day.
